Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your TURTLEBOX in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your label, ensuring the tracking information is scanned upon receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
